PLUG was originally created as a Linux replacement for Fender FUSE software for Fender Mustang guitar amplifier. Its Qt4-based graphical interface allows one to control the amplifier and effect stages of all Mustang amplifiers from I to V.

The current version 1.1 does not work with the V2 version of the Mustang. I was able to get mine to work by compiling plug from source (http://code.piorekf.org/plug/issue/34/support-for-mustang-ii-v2). However if you check the dev's bitbucket page there an open issue on it. More than likely someone will make a pull request and the app will get updated.
