Anki is a program which makes remembering things easy. Because it's a lot more efficient than traditional study methods, you can either greatly decrease your time spent studying, or greatly increase the amount you learn.

Anyone who needs to remember things in their daily life can benefit from Anki. Since it is content-agnostic and supports images, audio, videos and scientific markup (via LaTeX), the possibilities are endless.

Optional LaTeX support is provided by the TeX Live Flatpak extension org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.texlive.

The software is great for learning anything. This flatpak version is kept somewhat up to date, but unfortunately, not fast enough for my preferences. Anki releases a new version about every month and the flatpak version takes at least a month to catch up - although this is a minor nitpick. If you want the latest version as soon as possible, get it directly from the anki website. If you prefer convenience, go with this flatpak version.

Anki is a VERY powerful tool that I have used for my GCSEs, am using for my A-levels and will use when I am at university. It has the ability to copy-paste things into your head with nothing but hard work. Would definitely recommend even to even casual learners. It functions identically to the windows version, with no bugs or errors (that ive found). A personal recommendation would be to try using the cloze cards. They are very powerfull. 10/10

Unreasonably high CPU usage when learning. The CPU usage is fine (<10%, mostly <2%) when I am on the decks screen as well as editing cards as well as the card browser. However when I learning cards, cpu usage climbs up to 50%+ constanly. I can't figure out why. It might be due to the Anki 2.51 update or due to flatpak. My processor is N4000
