Use this open-source app to view your network cameras using the ONVIF protocol.

The development of this app was started as part of the ONVIF Spotlight Challenge.

You can connect to your network camera and view the video of it. If the camera is controllable you can move it as well.

Unlucky it doesn't work properly with Mint 20.3: Cameras are not founded and even after a manual setup it doesn't access to onvif stream. The demo tests are not working too. Seems an abandoned software

I was not able to get this to work with several Foscam cameras on my network that are ONVIF compatable. Linux Mint 20.1

Finally an iP camera software under Linux. So far, I used VCL quite painstakingly. Under onvifViewer I could easily control two onvif cameras. PTZ did not work with the Z. I still miss a button for displaying the entire screen. Switching the cameras is is not necessary, because you can start the program at the same time with different cameras.. The developers are on the right path, I hope for improvements.
