Apache JMeter may be used to test performance both on static and dynamic resources, Web dynamic applications.

It can be used to simulate a heavy load on a server, group of servers, network or object to test its strength or to analyze overall performance under different load types.

Flatpak version have this changes:

• Open and save JMX files: the user Documents folder (use Flatseal to allow acces to other folders)
• Plugins directory: ~/.var/app/org.apache.jmeter/data/jmeter/lib/ext/
• User configuration: ~/.var/app/org.apache.jmeter/config/jmeter/user.properties
• Application log: ~/.var/app/org.apache.jmeter/.local/state/jmeter/jmeter.log
