Like user from earlier today, it only shows the first frame when opening. It also freezes completely if I try recording a video and then stop the recording. System: Thinkpad P16v Gen 3
camera feed freezes on the first frame it captures as soon as the application is opened (version 49)
Flatpak doesn't seem to identify camera input on Mint 22.2 Cinnamon. Installing using system package instead did the trick!
I'm using version 48 (Flatpak). It is a simple camera app, it only does the basics, take photos, video and now (since v.48) it can scan QR codes. At first, it didn't work for me on LMDE 6. I found that it requires a more recent version of PipeWire than the 0.3.65 available in Linux Mint Debian 6. So, I updated PipeWire via Debian backports to version 1.2.7 and now it works fine!
Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1. Does exactly what I need it for--a camera preview to make sure my webcam is working correctly in the rare case I want it for a virtual meeting or similar on my PC.
Linux Mint 21.3 with Elgato USB cam: "Could not play camera stream" while it works everywhere else. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Dittoing Maybe_Matty. I get a frozen loading spiral when I try and boot it. Running Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon.
