I've tried many different players, but so far the Navidrome engine + Feishin desktop music player client has been the perfect choice. Great visual presentation, album display, lyrics management, interface customization. It simply doesn't need anything better. It's miles away from low-cost functional players (even if they can technically do more, e.g. Strawberry).
