PCSX is an advanced PlayStation (PSX) emulator, which uses a plugin architecture to provide full support for all components of the PSX. It has full emulation support for gamepads, videos, sound, memory cards, and other important PSX components, and is able to play many games without problems.

This package contains PCSX-Reloaded, which is based on PCSX-df 1.9 which is in turn based on the original PCSX.

It does NOT work ! June '23. Linux Mint 21, desktop, X86_64, several kernels inc 6.3.9, variety of gamepads, 8-core CPU - it will NOT see any USB gamepad controller. Been working on this issue for days - very frustrating. Still works on my old laptop, though !? :-(

In Linux Mint 20.3 fully loads only one core of the CPU. PCSx used OpenGL driver 1.1.78 with default settings, Hardware: OpenGL: renderer: Mesa DRI Intel HD Graphics 4600 (HSW GT2) v: 4.5 Mesa 21.2.6 compat-v: 3.0 direct render: Yes

To work PCSXR emulator go to "Configuration" - > "Plugins & BIOS" - > "Graphics" and change XVideo to OpenGL. It works fine, but I had problem with the original Play Station joystick. When I connect the joystick to the computer via adapter, the option to configure controller does not appear.

Muito bom, o melhor emulador de ps1 daqui. Para quem está tendo problemas dele fechando sozinho, é só ir no arquivo de configuração dele e mudar o valor de CPU = 0 para 1. Funcionou para mim...

Funciona bem, configuração é fácil. Mas a versão 1.9.93 corrige inúmeros bugs e melhora o desempenho geral. Seria melhor atualizar.
