PGPainless is a modern implementation of OpenPGP in Java. It offers an ergonomic interface on top of the BouncyCastle cryptographic toolkit that makes it straightforward to deal with OpenPGP data.

This package provide the command-line interface for the PGPainless Stateless OpenPGP Protocol.
