The "python3-gavoutils" library is a collection of helper functions and classes used by various VO libraries and applications.

Among other things, this collection provides support for memoisation, for formatting and text manipulation. It contains bindings for the pgsphere postgres extension, utility functions to deal with FITS files and math-related helper functions.
