Seahorse is a front end for GnuPG - the GNU Privacy Guard program - that integrates to the GNOME desktop. It is a tool for secure communications and data storage. Data encryption and digital signature creation can easily be performed through a GUI and Key Management operations can easily be carried out through an intuitive interface.

Great features, yet simple and intuitive which is great when it comes to security. Works great when generating keys and using them. Seamless integration with caja-seahorse package in the Caja file manager. Unfortunately importing an existing GPG key (asc file) does not work, so moved to KGPG.

This is a must-have if you use keyring-aware programs like Chrome or Opera. Be sure to NEVER disable the login key, even if Chrome seems to annoy you to enter it when starting. This would compromise your system’s security; disable auto-login instead!

It works well, but the new version (3.4.1) was at the beginning a little bit confusing. Because it doesn't show all keys

Good tool, but has some issues in key searching and synching with key-servers

Really powerful! At first, I thought this was only a tool to manage Gnome's passwords... but you can actually do SO much more... create and edit SSH keys, OpenPGP keys (using GPG), Publsh to key servers, and even add a picture to your key! SO good! (and it gets better if you use the seahorse-plugins companion for nautilus)
