Startup-manager configures some settings for grub, usplash and splash screens. it provides an easy to use interface.

it is originally a ubuntu project, adapted for debian.

Cannot be installed on LM16 Cinnamon 64bit. Why? "Could not find package.'startupmanager'."

This package is now OBSOLETE - it is not being maintained or enhanced. Grub-customizer is better but is a PPA only AFAIK.

An UPDATE should have been done a long time ago... when I choose win7 it boots mem test, so change it FINALLY! O MY GOD
