Remind allows you to remind yourself of upcoming events and appointments. Each reminder or alarm can consist of a message sent to standard output, or a program to be executed.

It also features: sophisticated date calculation, moon phases, sunrise/sunset, Hebrew calendar, alarms, PostScript output, tcl/tk front-end and proper handling of holidays.

Tkremind provides a GUI which allows viewing a calendar and adding or editing reminders without learning the syntax of Remind.

Finally! A minimalist calendar to use on my computer! This is what I've been looking for. I appreciate it and thank you. It's not hard to set up to do what you need it to. The only problem that I had was a path finding error that seemed to fix itself. Nice...so maybe I'll help find that tiny bug.

It has some bugs, I have barely started using it, but had some unexplained error messages when I first started using it (which don't seem to appear again the last time I used it), and it wasn't very clear on what was needed to be done to add a new reminder (a way I found to add a reminder is by pressing the number of a day in the month calendar layout), and I didn't see a help file or guide to find out how to, so maybe if a help file or guide was added, it would make it better.
