Vgrabbj is a program that will grab an image from a v4l compatible device (usually a webcam of some sort) and save it in a jpg or png file.

Installed, perhaps, but cannot find it. Launch from installation page makes the camera on the laptop blink, but that is about all it does so far. Running Mint Cinnamon 20.2. Version 5.0.7 Kernel 5.4.0-110-generic

couldn't make it detect my camera
