This package is entirely useless (running Mint 22.2). WordPress is not installed, or at least cannot be run at all. After "installation" a search does not show any WordPress files or folders. This needs to be removed from the Software Manager.

No start button in menu. Can't start it with the terminal either.

Ridiculous; then again, the edition direct from Wordpress is nothing but a web app... not better (maybe worse) than going to wordpress.com in a fully secured web browser.

I agree with and the icon not showing in the start menu , I did install from website and worked fine .... https://apps.wordpress.com/desktop/
