Very Good. Too bad it can't save several images. In Xfce Keyboard préférences I added the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + V for the commande xfce4-popup-clipman and that's perfect. Thanks
It has all the necessary features (it remembers both text and images), and no bloat (no syncing to cloud services etc.). It should be part of the Mint XFCE edition by default. This is a plugin for the XFCE panel; there is also another version, with a slightly different name, that loads into the system tray.
