Вполне достойная программа, аналогов на Windows много. из бесплатных для работы с xml. Но вот под Linux подобного лучще не найти в рипозитариях.

In Linux Mint 11, XML Copy Editor crashed on every 2nd or 3rd operation. I replaced it with Kate, which I configured for XML completion and validation.
