I think there is a bug. Because the wacom seems not working properly in my Thinkpad x200 T. After i login to my laptop the touchscreen not working, to make this working i have to logOut first and then touch the screen then login. is there any settings to make it work automatically?

Working really well on my Mint 19.1 Cinnamon and Wacom tablet CTL 471. It gives me left/right hand option as well.
