when a script is blocked, you are notified, and you can unblock a site or a page, either temporarily or permanently. you can then set a whitelist of trusted sites based on url or on domain name.

Your browsing will be much more secure and privacy more protected with this add-on. Once you add a site to allow scripts and/or plugins it saves it to the whitelist so you only have to do it once. The only downside is on sites that have a lot of scripts from multiple sites it is sometimes difficult to know which sites to allow for the site to display correctly and which ones are ads or potential malicious scripts and/or plugins. This is where Google comes into play to research ads and malicious scripts from scripts you want to allow for the page to display correctly and function as intended. Click on the flash noscipt icon on flash video to allow it to load.
