Zeal is a simple offline API documentation browser inspired by Dash (OS X app), available for Linux and Windows.

Zeal's great; so wonderful to have access to all these docs offline. Now (June 2020) there's still a bug with the JS docs, which is scheduled to be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, there's an easy fix: https://github.com/zealdocs/zeal/issues/1155#issuecomment-553213420
