1 star for the install package. No launcher or anything obvious in /usr/bin. The actuall software might be nice - I really don't know. If an install package will not result in something that can be started and ran, then we really should just be refered to the website and be done with it.

To get this application installed and setup you may need to follow everything on this page: https://zoneminder.readthedocs.io/en/stable/index.html . Beware, this is not a typical app to click around. Sirve como loco!

Installed it, no option to run it, only option is to remove it. As I couldn't run it, I couldn't try it out. Not reachable by menu either. Mint 20.1

This is very powerful software for security cameras and making your usb cameras a security cam. It works great with an iPad for monitoring. Do a search for install Zoneminder for easy to follow installation.

Difficult to use. Background process takes up tons of bandwidth even when you're not using it.
