You Should Install pip Open you'r terminal and write

>> sudo apt-get install python-pip

after pip install speedtest-cli

>> sudo pip install speedtest-cli

now you can test you'r internet speed

write in terminal

>> speedtest-cli

this order for share you'r report

>>speedtest-cli   --share

and for help

>> speedtest-cli --help
