I left 3 days for solving problem 3840x2160 (Philips BDM4350UC, for example) starting to work and wish to share the result. It was Ok with system 2560x1600 but at switching to listed 3840x2160 I'd seen black screen or yellow-blue original resolution picture. Any manipulations with xrandr --newmode... was failed.

The simple command had solved problem: xrandr --output DP-1 --mode 3840x2160 --rate 58 (only less than precise 60 by specs, DP-1 - system display name, find it at options)
