How to change default file manager in Linux Mint

This is a really short tutorial about how to change your default filemanager.

Ofcourse you need your desired file manager to be installed.

Here, for instance, I'll be switching to PCman file manager from Nemo file manager.

Just open up terminal, and execute:

xdg-mime default pcmanfm.desktop inode/directory application/x-gnome-saved-search

You can change pcmanfm to any of your desired file managers.
