My linux experience began with Slackware 1.0. At that time I worked for a Theme Park company. We used HP minicomputers and needed X-terminals that were expensive at that time. By using Slack, we turned standard PCs into X-terms. After that I kept using Slack for a long time. Later on I moved to OpenBSD and Debian. Tried some Arch versions but ended with Bunsenlabs for a long time. Now that my old machines have been replaced by more modern ones, I can afford heavier distros with more punch. Love Mint among these, and it has been stable on my laptop for more that one month. So it will be there for long...
