| anbox "I succeeded in getting anbox to run on LM 20.1 Cinnamon (Mac Air 7,2). I couldn't do it directly from the Software Manager. I had to go through the terminal. 1) Install snap 2) install anbox 3) install adb (android developer bridge to sideload APK program files). Follow the directions here: https://snapcraft.io/install/anbox/mint When I snap installed anbox here was the terminal command: sudo snap install anbox --beta --devmode I got GoogleMaps working in it for instance. You need x86 or universal APK files for them to run in anbox too. Was trying to get Xfinity streaming working under anbox but it is am64 only. Anyway - it will run. But takes effort. And there are further caveats within it for which Android apps will run." |
