I suffer from DDD PTSD, psychosis, paranoia and a plethora of other mental illnesses too many to mention. I have also been blessed with degenerative arthritis with bone death in my feet, shoulders and spine. I sleep about 3 hours a night in micro naps that leave me more exhausted than when I fell asleep. I have difficulty eating because i am never hungry. I have lost 104 lbs in the last 8 months
