Typically, your doctor or dentist will give you a USB drive with a *.dcm file (and a few others but all you need is the DCM file). It'll also include Windows software to view it. Good luck trying to get that Windows software to load on any Linux system as the DICOM software given is VERY buggy on just the Windows OS. Anyway, use this Weasis DICOM viewer instead. If you seem to be missing images, right-click on your thumbnail and select 'MPR' -> 'Open' to get all angles." |
