For the last 26 years  I have repaired computers from mainframe to the PC.  I worked with the following operating systems starting with CPM to the latest Windows OS. 

From the early 90's I have seen Linux grow from command line OS to the GUI based OS of today.  I have seen many changes as Linux progressed over the years. 

For the last 10 years I have been waiting for Linux to develop to a stage where most computer users would be able to use without spending too much time.  Linux Mint fits this scenario and I only see an upward growth in users as time progresses.  Who knows, Linux Mint might be the next main OS in a few years.
