| acroread "@newpaul I agree that Adobe Reader X is usable under Windows, but you must haven't used Foxit Reader. It just beats Adobe Reader X on every dimension. In addition, it's also 100% free. For people want more advance features (e.g. highlight, annotation, drawing), just install Foxit Reader 5 using Wine. It runs much faster and smoother than Adobe Reader, even under Wine. So I don't think there is anything left fo anyone to defend Adobe Reader. Btw, avoid the inferior Foxit Reader for Linux 1.x." |
