More than 11 years’ working experience with different 5 international organizations these are; Practical Action, Centre for Innovation and Development Strategy CIDS),Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), Green World Foundation (GW F) and International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre (CIMMYT) as-
Knowledge Coordinator (Innovation), Senior Research Executive, Assistant Research Officer, Research Executive (Economics), Scientific Officer (Economics) respectively.

Major responsibilities of these organisations were – Website management, share Point management, multimedia content development, data analysis, research on profitability of alternative production technology adoption, impact assessment of new technology adoption, resource use efficiency determination, project proposal preparation and processing for implementation, monitoring and supervision research activities of researchers, design program log- frame and prepared PP and conduct training and demonstration of innovative and informative researches among the farmers, questionnaire preparation for quantitative data and used PRA , FGD tools for qualitative data collection, data entry, compile and analysis by microcomputer (SPSS , MS-Access), research report preparation and presentation.

Major achievements in profession are - Setup a Cell Phone based content database and installed "Krishi Call Centre", for farmers, developed an effective theme for food security at the pro-poor people of South-Africa (Uganda, and Nigeria). Developed Policy for implementing by Bangladesh government for betterment of salt producer in Bangladesh.

Documented Scientist in BANSDOC (Directory of Scientist a n d Technologist of Bangladesh page N o.391). Number of released research report are 12 and Publications in international journals are 16.

Experience of joining in an International Conferences with Paper Presentation at the Asia Regional Conference on Public-Private sector partnership for promoting rural development, China-Bangladesh Friendship conference centre, Dhaka, Bangladesh and at the 8th African Crop Science Society Conference, University of El-Minia, El-Minia, Egypt.
