My first experience with Linux was a RedHat distro back in 1997. I found it difficult but challenging however at the time was stil to dependant on windows based software. I have periodically over the years loaded linux in various situations on my machines usually as a dual boot type situation. I have used Mandrake, and then more recently Ubunto 10 through 12 + . I am new to Mint Linux, having just installed it today 6/28/12 and happy with what I see thus far. On a personal note I am a resident of Texas, female, single and I was three years old when Kennedy was assasinated.  ; /
