Limited PC skills, some programming in college so I can figure out some things.

Tried Ubuntu in 2011 but did not like it, tried Mint in November 2012 and I love it. I've put it on 5 of my PCs and one of my uncles.

I tend to be I.T. support for my extended family and with Windows I was constantly seeing machines I had got running perfectly and thought I had secured turned into basket cases in 6 months by my nieces and nephews! Mint looks like the answer to my prayers.

Setting up Windows 8 for a friend in work was the turning point, Microsoft appear to have a very different idea of what a PC should be to me whereas Mint is just beautiful!
