Just ordered down load disk to install program. I am a retired Chef and love cooking outside the box. Age 84, but stll have a few marble left. Live in the Land of Enchantment New Mexico, USA.  Computer knowledge is enough to get in trouble a lot and sometime can get out with out help. I am hoping that Linux Mint can improve my Computer operational skill. Being Retired I teach free cooking classes on how to cook outside the Government Approved Poison Box.  Chef Robert
