Coming from ubuntu world that I've been used from the release gutsy until precise. Lucid was the really last release I've been appreciated from ubuntu. Unity is the main reason that made me change to MINT. I experienced CINNAMON and wonder "why don't use a distro with CINNAMON initially embeded?" Attending the basic is the same, I can continue to use the UBUNTU support. In the past I've tryed Debian too but I felt it's designed for experienced peole that are able to program easily. I'm only a simple user.

With MINT, I hope to find a system more clear and comfortable but keeping the community support of UBUNTU. I guess the MINT support will grow the same.

So welcome to me in mint world !
