Bouml is a unified modeling language editor for qt. you can use it to create nearly all of uml diagrams. bouml can generate code from those diagrams in c++, java and idl, and can also reverse existing code.

the program supports class diagrams, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams, object diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams, state diagrams, activity diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams.

The only free UML modeler that allows me to both forward AND REVERSE engineer code to model. Well done!!!!

Best free UML Editor. Even supports templates at most elements from UML 2.0. Code generation for more then only java. :) Is a little complex but very reliable if you know how. Not as good with round trip engineering as commercial tools like together. But since it is C++ based it is usable even on slow computers (worked on 800 MHz stone age machine at university).
