I'm not a Minecraft player, per say. However, I have helped on a project called, Craftbian. It is an operating system for the Raspberry Pi and it is designed for administrating and running Minecraft servers using a Raspberry Pi. This Flathub copy answered some issues I experienced regarding Minecraft version 1.12.2 on my local machine. The Mint release would not run 1.12.2; it would crash on every single launch. Craftbian works best on 1.12.2 and Flathub made it work and properly! Thank you.
