Computer temperature monitor is a little applet for the gnome desktop that shows the temperature of your cpu and disks in the panel.

it also allows to log temperatures to a file and set alarms to notify the user when a temperature is reached.

It only detected a single sensor from a single souce (Kernel i2c hwmon), thus making it quite useless. sensors-applet is a MUCH better choice. On the plus side, this one has a log feature.

transparency problems..but works, just looks nasty with some themes/without tweaking (edit, should say it supports true transparency, unlike the tray icons, so it looks out of place, if other gnome programs followed a standard this would look sweet

ok, i found out, you have to right click your panel, then add to panel+
