Launch the emoji picker with your favorite keyboard shortcut, and select an emoji to paste in the clipboard, or directly in the focused text input on X11.

Yh, Its pretty unoptimized for the latest version of Mint Cinnamon... You cant resize nor move the window too, and its like it runs in a seperate environment cuz whats up with the mouse pointer change and the lag when opening and closing
Can't say I like it. Have to launch from the menu as there's no help or config menu to say what the keyboard shortcut is. When you do launch it sits square in the middle of your screen and can't be moved. If you click the task icon, the program seems to crash
It could have some more features, like show the emojis with the font of your computer, but it is better than nothing!
