It is the canvas for many KDE technologies, from remote file access via KIO to component embedding via the KParts object interface, making it one of the most customizable applications available.

from Linux Mint 19.3 works fine and good, no problem until now. good velocity and work fast

Doesn't work. It gives me an error when I try to navigate to my / or home folder "There appears to be a configuration error. You have associated Konqueror with inode/directory, but it cannot handle this file type." I don't need it for web, I need it for files because Nemo is extremely unstable.
