Outdated, it's better to use Shotwell
Outdated, google stopped supporting the Linux port of Picasa years ago
It is great for editing and organizing photos, and the interface is simple and intuitive.
Excellent software to easily view your photos, make simple retouching and create great photo montages.
Honestly I don't care that it use wine layer. More app with this layr would be great!
I much prefer this single install rather than the cumbersome "playonlinux" setup that requires Wine setup, etc. This version of Picasa 3.0 can load newer 3.9 databases if you rename ".picasa.ini" to "Picasa.ini" (the Windows filename). I create symlinks so that same folders work on all platforms.
it is google, nuff said
Useless for me. It doesn't see mounted drives where ALL my photos are stored
Not bad, it runs in a wine layer, so it's not native though
Really useful, has all the features I use in the Windows version
Dużo gorsza wersja w porównaniu z tą na Windowsa. Brak lokalizacji, toporne działanie i sporadyczne FC.
everybody loves it even if asks to push up private photos to the cloud
One word: privacy.
Outdated as Google doesn’t maintain it any more. PlayOnLinux has a newer version.
wish they would give us the photo viewer on Linux but Picasa is still a great photo organizer.
Muy bueno, me gusta bastante.
Another abandoned project from Google. Was never a native application as it ran with embedded wine.
