Absolutely lovely!! I used it for every pdf. From textbooks to homework, it's amazing. Although textbooks may take slightly longer to load. It's easy to paste, annotate, and copy slides. What I love most is its compatability with my pen and its buttons (HP MPP 2.0 Pen). My only gripe is that I was cutting and pasting around 10 images into a new document, but it crashed on me. So I'm going to try xournal++ from the web, or something more reliable

I still use it in school AND I use it to annotate PDFs. Simple and intuitive, easy to use.

Best open source PDF annotation tool I've found in Linux. Fast and reliable. If you're coming from other graphics programs, take some time to learn - xournal does things its own way.
