This is the easiest way to close a frozen program in Linux Mint 13..
1. Open up a terminal and type:
xkill
2. Now an X should appear as your cursor. Simply click on the program that you want to close and you are done.
nice!
short, easy, useful, :)
This was easier then finding and killing the process - Thanks - Nice tip
Not sure why it was rated badly either. Should be very helpful for new users :)
I +1'd it. I'm extraordinarily new with Linux Mint, so I appreciated this simple but valuable tutorial.
Not sure why someone would -1 this... for people starting out in linux, your making the community look like immature fools.
