I'm a big fan of Cinnamon DE, but usually end up using Unity.  For my older systems, I use Cinnamon DE or lighter (ie Razor DE / LXDE ).

Likes learning programming (python primarily) and languages (spoken type).

Strong supporter of the Open Source movement.
