I have had a computer since the age of four and like the average person, was introduced to windows.  However about 3 years ago, when Windows 8 was in development, I tested it and when I found myself not liking it I switched to Ubuntu.  However recently I found myself grunting with the interface so now I have the Cinnamon version of Linux Mint.  I like it a lot and I no longer have a need for Windows for now Steam plays my games and wine does the job for the school applications that are "windows only".
