Long term Linux user.  Started as a professional back in 1996.  Now I am retired.  I've used many distro of Linux but I have now become a complete and committed LinuxMint 18 user.

I have been running a desktop and old laptop on LinuxMint 18 using the MATE desktop.  It literally is incredible in function and performance.  In fact LM18 is faster than the LM17 version I was running.  Now I have a platform that will be supported for six years!!!  How wonderfful!
