| audacious "AIMP is my main and only audio player in Windows, but in Linux it doesn't work the way I want, so I was looking for replacement and then I found Audacious. Because it supports Winamp classic skins it's somewhat similar in appearance to AIMP, but few things realy bugs me. First, it supports ONLY classic winamp skins and because of that looks ugly and outdated. Second, it only plays one playlist. Queue also works just in one playlist. If I want to listen song in another playlist, I need manually select that song and it gets annoying realy quickly. Overall it's much better than Rhythmbox or Banshee, but far, FAR away from something so perfect as AIMP." |
