As a result all file/folder dialogs in this PhpStorm instance doesn't reflect the actual filesystem but rather some kind of its own, except for home directory. So if you're having your projects in lest say /var/www/ then you will not be able to find that directory at all while creating a new project with this wrapper (spent almost a day figuring this out). Not to say that it comes with approx 3Gb of dependencies whereas the original PhpStorm is less than a 500Mb." |
