The global hotkeys are available in the editor under "Options | Settings | Hotkeys". By default it's ctrl_shift_r for the rectangle. The downside is that the hotkey won't work unless KSnip is active, which is a bit if a drag and does need to be fixed. KSnip should have CLI that I can use to set up a keyboard hotkey chord so that I can launch and take a screenshot without having to worry about the running status of it." |
