I am just an all-round webster. There ain't almost any browser I haven't tried. I even tried MyPal browser in my virtualbox install of Win XP. I frequently use Chromium, Firefox and Tor browser. Epiphany is perfectly fine to use. No problem.

"I have not tried youtube with Epiphany as I use vpn on an about:config highly tweaked Firefox. I would recommend using Tor Browser (but lot of sites block Tor nodes) or Firefox with uBlock Origin and config tweaks over vpn for casual surfing. Epiphany works great as an untweaked browser to use when I am off the vpn, to check emails, buy stuff or do some netbanking. I would like to add that Epiphany has adblocker and tracking protection on by default. Since I have turned it off due to ebay and netbank for instance won't work too well with those on, this may have contributed to me not having any issues with Epiphany being slow or crashing. I used to use Chromium, for one thing it ran some flash games which didn't run in Firefox and vice versa, but now flash is obsolete and I have no use for Chromium anymore. Epiphany is very simple to use, it is perfect for my needs, just perfect. I have experienced no issues. It is just like any other browser just a lot more trimmed down to bare minimum. ...But it does have a home button, it scrolls just fine and it isn't slow."
