| audacity "For anyone that wants to use a newer version of Audacity, the creators made AppImage's for Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 (what Linux Mint is based off of) available to download on their website, audacityteam.org. You'll likely have to make the AppImage executable to run it. Right-click it, select "Properties", then click on the "Permissions" tab and check the box next to the text that says "Allow executing file as program". Then double click the image and it should start like any other application." |
